Environmental Impact Assessment

Hadley have submitted an EIA as the first stage of their application.

Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is a tool used to assess the significant effects of a project or development proposal on the environment. EIAs make sure that project decision makers think about the likely effects on the environment at the earliest possible time and aim to avoid, reduce or offset those effects.

Hadley’s initial EIA is available on Bromley’s website: Click here.

This is a lengthly document, but worth going through in detail. Click here to view. This is a well written but is clearly supporting their application. There are a number of assumptions made throughout which should be challenged.
