There has been a strange development with regards to the Hadley application for the Blenheim Centre:
We received a notification the status had changed to ‘Stage 1 issued’. This is generally part of the initial application before the decision is made by the local authority – where the Mayor decides if the application needs to be referred back to the GLA for a final decision after the application has been approved in principle by the LA. (ie Bromley)

The documents attached to the application are all dated March 2023, and state that the application DOES need to be referred back.
Does this mean that Hadley are planning to make a fresh application?
